How long does a screen repair take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screen repairs take about 30–60 minutes when the required part is in stock. Your model, damage and parts availability can change the estimate; ask before leaving the phone.
What warranty applies?
Phone repairs have a 30-day shop warranty on the parts installed and workmanship. Physical or liquid damage after the repair is excluded. Used-phone coverage applies when it is stated at purchase; check your receipt for the terms. Read the warranty details.
Will my data stay on the phone?
Back up your phone before a repair whenever you can. Screen or battery work may leave your data in place, but data preservation cannot be guaranteed, particularly for liquid damage or faults involving the main board.
Are your phones unlocked?
We offer unlocked and carrier phone options. Confirm the exact device’s lock status and network compatibility before purchase.
Which plans are available?
