This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made at A&S Digital Wireless, Inc., a cell phone store and electronics retailer in Brooklyn, NY.
1. Accessories
- Accessories may be exchanged within 7 days if defective.
- Original packaging and receipt are required.
- No refunds on accessories.
2. Pre-Owned Phones
- Pre-owned phones may be returned within 3 days for store credit only, if the device is in original condition.
- Store warranty applies only if stated at purchase.
- Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.
3. New Phones
- All new phone sales are final once opened or activated.
- Unopened phones may be returned within 3 days for store credit.
4. SIM Cards & Monthly Plans
- No refunds after activation.
- Carrier coverage or performance issues are not the responsibility of A&S Digital Wireless, Inc.
5. Repair Services
- Repair fees are non-refundable.
- If a repair fails due to parts or workmanship, we will re-repair the device at no cost within the warranty period.
We are not responsible for:
- Additional damage caused by pre-existing issues
- Data loss
- Devices that fail due to unrelated internal issues
6. Special Orders
Custom orders, special accessories, and digital services are final sale.
