The site’s repair warranty is 30 days on installed parts and workmanship. If a repair fails due to a covered part or workmanship within that period, the supplied return policy provides a re-repair at no cost.
Physical or liquid damage after the repair is excluded. Pre-existing faults, data loss and unrelated internal problems are outside the repair warranty.
Used-phone shop warranty applies only when stated at purchase. The duration and coverage for the particular device are the terms on your receipt; this page does not add a blanket 30-day warranty to every used-phone sale.
For returns, the supplied policy allows eligible pre-owned phones in original condition to be returned within three days for store credit. Opened or activated new phones are final sale. See the complete return and exchange policy.
